    To reserve your date, we require a signed rental agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer.

    When is the remaining balance due?

    The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding.

    Do you require a security deposit?

    Yes. A refundable security deposit is required and will be returned after your event provided there is no damage beyond normal wear.

    Is there plenty of parking?

    Yes. Complimentary parking is available for all guests.

  • Can we have both our ceremony and reception at The Grand Black?

    Absolutely! We offer beautiful indoor and outdoor ceremony options.

     

    Is the outdoor ceremony site available?

    Yes. Our outdoor ceremony site is available as an optional add-on.

     

  • Can we bring our own food or choose our own caterer?

    Yes. You’re welcome to choose any caterer or provide your own food. Our kitchen serves as a staging and serving area for pre-cooked food.

     

    Do you require us to use specific vendors?

    No. You’re free to choose the vendors that best fit your vision and budget.

  • Can we decorate the venue ourselves?

    Absolutely!

     

    Do you provide decorations?

    Yes! We offer an extensive collection of décor and centerpieces at no additional charge.

  • Can we rehearse at the venue?

    Yes. Rehearsal access is included with your rental.

     

    Can we have our rehearsal dinner at the venue?

    Yes. We offer optional setup and cleanup services for rehearsal dinners.

  • Can we bring our own DJ or band?

    Absolutely.

     

    Do you offer a sound system?

    Yes. A professional sound and lighting system is available as an optional add-on.

  • Can we schedule a tour?

    Absolutely! Private tours are available by appointment.

  • Are children welcome?

    Absolutely! We simply ask that children remain supervised.
